When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Set the temperature to 250 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Melt butter in a large roasting pan on the grill. Stir in Worcestershire and seasonings. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
Cook at 250 degrees F for 1 hour stiring every 15 minutes.
Spread on paper towel to cool. Store in ziplock or air tight container. Enjoy!
